Our Purpose

The Beacon exists to lead and connect all generations to God and to each other.

Our Vision

The Light of God shining through ALL people.

Our Strategy

We begin by inviting friends, co-workers, and neighbors who do not have a Church home, to be our guests for a weekend Worship Experience and other Beacon associated events and activities. We become friends in a mid-size group setting, and become genuine community and family when we connect with a L.I.F.E. Group.

Our Pursuits

We believe practicing these three pursuits develops our connection to God and God's family:

1. Intimacy with God
   I have committed my life to Christ and will follow Him with my life.
   Ephesians 2:8-9; Matthew 28:19-20
   
   I am spending time daily with God.
   John 15:5-8
   
   I am giving my financial, physical, mental and emotional resources to God.
   I Corinthians 16:1-2
   
   
2. Community with Those Inside the Church
   I am attending a weekend Worship Experience.

   I am involved in a L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Everyday) Group.

   I am serving others.

3. Community and Influence with Those Outside the Church
   I am building relationships with those outside The Beacon.

   I am sharing my story.

   I am bringing my friends on the "outside" to The Beacon.

Everyone ends up somewhere, but not everyone ends up some where on purpose.
