A New Life Series Begins . . . Sunday Morning, July 11th, 2010 – 9:30am Natural Disasters. Political divisiveness. Oil is wreaking havoc in our Gulf. The housing market is plummeting. Unemployment rates are in the double digits nationwide. Violence is on the rise. The divorce rate is skyrocketing. Inflation of our currency is quickly approaching. Do you feel trapped? Do you feel like you are about to drown in the circumstances of life? Just as the Hebrews found themselves caught between “the devil and the deep Red Sea,” so are we sometimes overwhelmed by life’s problems. God was faithful to deliver the Hebrews, and God will deliver those who pursue God in a genuine Journey of faith as well! Even in the midst of seemingly impossible situations, God’s promises to make a way for us. God’s guidance will protect us through danger, illness, marital strife, financial problems – whatever challenges and circumstances life places in our path. “Tough Times” will acknowledge the enemy, but keep our eyes on the Lord. Life is hard, especially for people who choose to follow Christ. It is certain that we will face difficulties. But just as certain is the fact that the same God who led us in will lead us out. God is indeed in control! Join us on Sunday Mornings at 9:30 beginning July 11th, 2010, for this new transforming Life Series known simply as “Tough Times.” We look forward to seeing you soon! |
